Frame Warranty

All frames from our collection of designers come with a one-year warranty against manufacturer defects. Handcrafted and hand-finished by the finest craftsmen in the industry, our frames reflect superior quality. If you believe your frame has a manufacturing defect and requires evaluation, please contact one of our Visionists.

Warranty Process
The frame warranty begins on the date of purchase. Any authorized dealer, with proof of purchase, can assist with a warranty claim.

Lens Warranty

Our Visionist lenses provide best-in-class optics for superior clarity and vision. We guarantee all non-prescription Visionist lenses to be free from manufacturer defects for one year. Prescription lenses come with a two-year warranty for anti-reflective coating.

Prescription Warranty

We are committed to perfecting your vision. We stand behind our lenses and strive to ensure that your prescription is optimized for your needs. With advanced fitting technology and world-class optics, each pair of Visionist lenses is crafted to deliver precise vision. If there is an issue with your prescription, we offer a one-time, no-cost adjustment within 90 days of purchase.

Progressive Lenses
If you would like to switch from progressive lenses to single-vision lenses within 90 days, we will make the adjustment at no cost. If you initially purchased single-vision lenses and later require progressive lenses, we’ll upgrade your lenses for the cost difference.
