How do I order lenses from Visionist?
For new frames, browse our offerings and find the perfect frame for you. As you add the frame to cart, you'll be able to select our recommended lenses for any given frame.
Already purchased a frame from us, and just want to purchase lenses?
You can purchase any lens directly by choosing your lenses from our selection
Have your own frame, and want to update the prescription? Give your old sunglasses new life with new lenses?
We can deliver the same precision optics in your own frames. Our replacement lens program allows you to order new lenses for frames that are already in your wardrobe. Using advanced measurements taken right from your phone, we will redraft your current glasses with our advanced lenses for a perfect fit right out of the box. How does the lens replacement program work?
Give your favorite frames a face lift! It’s as easy as selecting your lenses, whether it be prescription, blue light or ready readers, send in your frames (shipping on us!) and then leave the rest up to us. Our in-house lab technicians will have your lens order started the moment your frames arrive.
How long will my lens order take?
The entire process here at Visionist generally takes 10-12 business days from the date we receive your frames. For a faster turn around time we offer expedited shipping at an additional cost. Expedited shipping can shave up 3-4 days off the timeline.
What happens if my frames are damaged in the process?
We work with some of the best opticians in the country so breakages are a rare occurrence but in the case that your frames are damaged during their stay with us, we will contact you to remedy the situation. We accept most frames for the replacement program except for frames already in poor condition. If a frame is deemed in poor condition, we'll refund the entire order except for shipping back and forth.

How do I get my frames to Visionist?
Once ordered, we will provide you with a shipping label for you to print off at home and send back to us at Visionist. Please package your glasses as safely as possible as we are not responsible for any damage occurred during shipping.
Do I need to take Remote Measurements?
If you haven’t taken a scan with us before, we suggest taking a scan to ensure accurate measurements. You will receive an email to commence scan once the replacement program is initiated. If you have already taken a scan previously as part of a previous purchase, no scan is required.

What warranties do my lenses come with?
Our Visionist lenses feature best-in-class optics and precise clarity and vision. We stand behind our lenses and believe that your vision comes first. For all non-prescription Visionist lenses, we guarantee our lenses free from manufacturer’s defects for 1 year. All our prescription Visionist lenses come with a two-year anti-reflective coating warranty.
