Our lenses are crafted from premium materials in partnership with the best lens manufacturers in the industry. We offer a variety of lens types as well as custom options to get you exactly what you’re looking for. If you don’t see what you’re looking for here, get in touch with a Visionist.
Our optical lenses utilize premium anti-glare coatings that are oil and water-repellent and anti-static with extra layers of scratch protection, making it easier to keep your lenses cleaner, longer. Our aspheric lens design gives you crisper optics, more natural viewing experiences, and thinner-looking lenses.
Clear All Day
Our standard, Clear All Day lenses are always clear and don’t transition in the sun. They come with a premium anti-reflective coating that allows 99.5% of visible light to pass through the lens, essentially eliminating glare from bright light sources and making the lenses disappear in your frames for a clean look. Choose these lenses if you’re looking for your hard-working everyday pair.
Our Digital Relief lenses have blue-light protection built directly into their base material, instead of just a coating. This results in higher blue light protection (upwards of 60% rather than the 40% most blue light coatings have) and better-looking lenses (no yellow tint!). These are paired with our premium anti-glare coating, without the common bluish-purple glare our competitors have. Choose these lenses if you spend your days buried in emails and Zooms; your eyes deserve a rest
Indoor + Outdoor
Our Indoor + Outdoor lenses utilize Transitions’ latest technology, Signature Gen 8, to provide the best optical experience, whether you’re in the sun or not. These light-adaptive lenses get darker outdoors, clearer indoors, and have improved reaction time, without compromising on UV protection and crisp vision. They block 100% UVA/UVB rays, 20% of harmful indoor blue light and 87% of harmful outdoor blue light. These are a great option for those seeking a convenient option for sun protection, without the hassle of carrying around multiple frames.
Our sun lenses provide the best UVA/UVB protection in tints and colors that match your preferred style.
Polarized prescription lenses are the premium choice when it comes to minimizing glare in the sun. They offer crisp optics with full UVA/UVB protection and minimize color distortion. Our polarized prescription lenses come standard in a dark gray color, but get in touch if you have something else in mind. Choose these if you're looking to minimize harsh daylight on the court or on the course, improve vision clarity behind the wheel, or simply safeguard against the sun.
Our tinted prescription lenses are matched to the color in the manufacturer’s demo lens, providing optical clarity and full UVA/UVB protection, while preserving the intended aesthetic. Our in-house lab custom-tints all our lenses, ensuring near-perfect color matching, even with gradients and specialty fashion colors. Tinted lenses are the perfect choice to make a statement.
Non-Prescription Polarized Upgrade
Polarized lenses cut out reflective light that can be distracting, while offering full UVA/UVB protection. Our non-prescription polarized upgrade will come in a dark grey color unless you specify otherwise. Don’t need a prescription? Polarized lenses are a fantastic option to ensure you’re seeing sharply and clearly, even on the brightest days.
If you have unique lens needs, we offer custom lenses. Before or after you purchase your frames, book an appointment with a Visionist to share your vision (see what we did there?) and confirm your custom order.
Our base material is perfect for full acetate or metal frames. They provide the best optical clarity.
When glasses require an impact-resistant material, we use Trivex. This is a material that balances the best optical clarity with impact resistance and durability. These lenses can be grooved or drilled, so they can be used in any type of frame we sell. A large portion of the Mykita line are reliant on grooved lenses, and all rimless Maybach and Cartier frames require a lens that can be drilled.
Polycarbonate lenses are an alternative to Trivex. They are impact-resistant, lightweight, and used for our readers.
High Index 1.67
When prescriptions require a compressed material to be thinner and lighter, our choice is a material called High index 1.67. This provides the benefit of reducing thickness to the prescription lens, reducing weight of the lens, and making the overall look of the lens ideal when filling higher prescriptions. We recommend our high-index 1.67 lenses for prescriptions with a + 3.00 or - 3.00 spherical prescription.
If you have a strong prescription or a significant astigmatism correction, this option is highly recommended. The digital surfacing upgrade allows for “High Definition” vision, with increased optical clarity in the overall lens, and increased peripheral vision in all areas of the lens. All our progressive lenses come standard with digital surfacing. All our single vision lenses can be upgraded to Elite, ensuring the best possible optics and the most advanced technology.
A single vision lens is a lens with just one corrected prescription in the lens. For many people, a single correction is all that is necessary to see at various distances.
Our reader lenses are best suited to people who just want a simple magnifier as opposed to a custom prescription. Unlike readers you might find at a pharmacy, our lenses give you a superior visual experience. They’re made of a premium lightweight lens material and paired with a durable anti-glare coating.
